CHANGE OF PLANS
Cancellation policy
When you book, we reserve both the date and the entire cabin exclusively for you. Because each cabin accommodates only one booking at a time, it can be difficult to offer a cancelled date to somebody else at short notice. We therefore ask for consideration if you need to cancel.
If something unexpected happens and you cannot come, we may be able to move your booking to another available date by agreement. Please let us know as early as possible—the sooner we know, the easier it is to find a solution that works for both sides. Moving a booking is possible only with timely notice and is subject to current availability.
If you know that you will not be able to attend, please tell us as soon as possible. This gives us a better chance to offer the date to somebody else waiting for time in darkness.

We understand that life can bring unexpected situations. We always try to find a fair and human solution for both sides. Thank you for respecting the time and space we reserve for you.
